I'm Here - PENDING

1. How would you classify 'I'm here in terms of GENRE?
for example, is it a Romantic drama, tragedy, science fiction or hybrid, maybe another type.
Explain which genre you think it is and say why you think so. Give examples including various conventions.

I'm here is a hybrid film with a mix of a variety of conventions from several genres. From romance, to comedy, crime and drama it wouldn't surprise me if every genre had a place in I'm here. The audience as I would expect would be of an age of 18+ when the sponsor is considered, although I do think it is suitable for a younger audience of a "U" for universal as it contains no extreme or adult behaviour.

2. In the film we see a world that's given up. It's a passively sinister world. Nobody cares about anybody else, nobody care for robots, which is what makes the story unique.
Sheldon the main character is a robot who desire's to please, probably a bit too much which leads him to end up losing limb after limb eventually reuslting in losing his entire body.

3. The world of I'm here is not happy to say the least, but it seems the occupants; humans and robots are on the pursuit of happiness. This pursuit of of an unseen, abstract happiness is the momentum for the characters in the story, Sheldon pursues Francesca as he's his idea of perfect happiness, which leads her to find her own happiness, the story demonstrates the true Ideologies of love, that one person is always the subordinate, ti shows that love needs someone to give everything and for someone to take everything with each party finding happiness incontinent of what part they're playing. Love means compromise.

4 & 5. At the beginning credits the film wastes no time and shows the true nature of Sheldon's world. On his bus ride to work he witnesses a scene by where a viechle has collided into a bot. The humans don't seem to show any remorse. Personally I don't think they should be because it is only a machine, in the film we can't help but love Sheldon, we can't help but want to protect him, we can't help but try ourselves to speak out for him. So even if you aren't Pro bot, you probably will be split on whether they should care or not. But it is clear that at this time they don't. We just have to live with the fact that Sheldon and every other bot, will be treated with un-fair pre-judice.

6. Right, when it comes to Francesca, I am going to be completely subjective and biased. I don't know what her game is but she takes advantage of someone/something that is willing to give his all to her and she knows exactly what she is doing. Why is it that she suddenly becomes clumsy when she meets him?
Why has she not lost any limbs previously before meeting Sheldon and suddenly she loses her body.
Francesca is the kind of girl Michael Jackson sings about in Dirty Diana & Blood on the Dance floor. She's a girl with a hidden agenda. Probably sold his parts as scarp metal after throwing his head away. She's a Gold Digger, a Hustler, an Opportunist, Exploiter, a Fourty-Niner, Gold Miner, Gold spanner, a Leech, a Parasite, a Sponge, a User, she's the scum of the film in my opinion, the world could do with less people than her.

I honestly don't think this the type of media to be sponsored by an alcohol organisation. I can't find any links within the media, in my opinion this was probably done through someone connections, which is common in the film industry.
